Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tickets.cofltoros.com (the “Site”), operated by (RFM) FlatFeeTickets, (“FlatFeeTickets”) on behalf of the San Antonio Toros organization (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing tickets through it, you (“you” or “Purchaser”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Site and purchase tickets. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Ticket Purchases

2.1 Pricing and Availability

All ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Ticket availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per transaction or per customer.

2.2 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and e-ticket(s) via email to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is accurate and that you can receive messages from our sending domain. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us.

2.3 Fees

Ticket prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of all applicable service fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. via the Stripe Connect platform, with FlatFeeTickets acting as the marketplace facilitator. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We accept major credit and debit cards as indicated at checkout. Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after purchase, except as described below.

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Event Postponement / Reschedule: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within the timeframe communicated at the time of the schedule change.
  • Duplicate Orders: If you are charged for a duplicate order due to a technical error, please contact us promptly and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Service fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. E-Tickets & Event Entry

  • Tickets are delivered electronically via email. You must present a valid e-ticket (digital or printed) for entry to the event.
  • Each ticket contains a unique barcode or QR code and is valid for one-time entry only. Duplicated, altered, or counterfeit tickets will be void.
  • We are not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, deleted, or forwarded to unauthorized recipients. Safeguard your e-ticket as you would any valuable document.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any ticket obtained through unauthorized channels, bots, or in violation of these Terms without refund.

6. Event Policies

6.1 Venue Rules

All ticket holders are subject to the rules and regulations of the event venue. The venue and the San Antonio Toros organization reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates venue policies, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a safety risk, without refund.

6.2 Assumption of Risk

Attendance at live sporting events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to weather, crowd activity, and objects leaving the field of play. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that we RedFlameMedia (Flat Fee Tickets), the venue, and the San Antonio Toros organization shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance.

6.3 Recording & Likeness

By attending an event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video, broadcasts, and other media by the San Antonio Toros, the Continental Football League, and their partners, without compensation or further notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use any automated system, bot, scraper, or software to access the Site or purchase tickets
  • Resell, transfer for commercial purposes, or scalp tickets purchased through the Site unless expressly authorized
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the purchase process
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Site
  • Use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without prior written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, and software, is the property of the San Antonio Toros, or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. “San Antonio Toros,” the Toros logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the San Antonio Toros organization. You may not use any of these marks without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we, including RedFlameMedia LLC (Flat Fee Tickets), the San Antonio Toros organization, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your purchase of tickets, or your attendance at any event. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all tickets are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RedFlameMedia LLC (Flat Fee Tickets), the San Antonio Toros organization, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your attendance at any event.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or orders, labor disputes, power failures, internet disruptions, or any other event that renders performance commercially impracticable.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue therein.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
