This Privacy Policy describes how Red Flame Media LLC (FlatFeeTickets), and the San Antonio Toros organization (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit or make a purchase through tickets.cofltoros.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

When you purchase tickets, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect:

3. How We Share Your Information

- Payment Processors: Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe, Inc. via their Stripe Connect platform for secure transaction processing. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Event Management: Ticket and attendee data is shared with FooEvents and the San Antonio Toros organization to facilitate event entry, attendee verification, and event-day operations.
- Email Service Providers: We use Twilio SendGrid to deliver transactional emails (order confirmations, e-tickets) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
- Hosting and Infrastructure: Our Site is hosted on WordPress/WooCommerce infrastructure. Your data may be processed by our hosting provider in the course of delivering the Site.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our organization, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to complete transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Order records are retained in accordance with applicable tax and commercial record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8).
5. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, Inc. via the Stripe Connect platform, with FlatFeeTickets acting as the marketplace facilitator. Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard TLS encryption and are never stored on our servers. 6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site:
- Essential Cookies: Required for Site functionality, such as maintaining your shopping cart and session state. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve performance and user experience.
- Marketing Cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content and measure campaign effectiveness, only with your consent where required by law.

If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
